Nihura Montiel (b. 1989, Tijuana, MX) makes paintings which examine themes of domesticity, privacy and the feminine, creating highly detailed renderings of everyday, diminutive objects which veer between the uncanny and the fetishistic. She received her BFA from the Roski School of Fine Arts, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA; and will next exhibit as part of a two-person booth at NADA Miami presented by in lieu gallery. Montiel is currently based in Los Angeles. 

Kenrick McFarlane (b. 1990, Chicago, IL) received his BFA from the School of Art Institute of Chicago and studied in the MFA program at University of California, Los Angeles. McFarlane layers visual techniques of Renaissance Painting with synthetic, and often off-kilter, coloured cartooning - presenting us with paintings dominated by landscapes neither here nor there, dislocated stages for histories desires, violence and pleasures. McFarlane's work was most recently exhibited as a part of Shattered Glass at Jeffrey Deitch Gallery in Los Angeles, where the artist is currently based.

SANGREE (b. 2009, Mexico City, MX) is the artistic collaboration between René Godínez Pozas (b. 1986, Mexico City, MX) and Carlos Lara (b. 1985, Mexico City, MX). SANGREE’s artistic practice is distinguished by a rich visual language that has allowed them to navigate the multiple layers of art history, popular culture, and mythical narratives with a peculiar wit and sense of humor - playing with different historical times, altering and blurring the indexes we use to recognize the temporal origins of the pieces. SANGREE's work will be included in the upcoming 2021 exhibition, No Humans Involved, at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles.

Adam Stamp (b. 1985, Pittsburgh, PA) works across sculpture, installation, exhibition design, drawing, and text - addressing themes of gifting, hosting, service and (ab)use. Stamp, who works often in a site-specific manner, refers to his works as "emotional support objects," where objects from the real world are tweaked and imbued with a sometimes comical, sometimes tragic subjectivity. Currently, Stamp has a solo exhibition at the Aspen Art Museum, Aspen, CO on view through 2022. Stamp is an Aries Sun, Pisces Moon, Capricorn Rising, and is based in Los Angeles.

Helen Teede (b. 1989, Harare, ZI) makes work that reflects on storytelling through painting as a medium that comprises ongoing formations, relying on situated knowledge and material thinking as ways of knowing that rejects ideas of total, objective knowledge, and embraces the importance of process, curiosity, failure and the acceptance of paradox. Teede completed her Masters in Visual Art at IUAV University of Venice, Italy and received her BFA from the Michaelis School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town. Teede was recently included in a survey of contemporary Zimbabwean painting at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary African Art; and is currently based in Harare, ZI.
